The Reading Buccaneers are seeking an Audio Technician (A2) to join our team for the 2026 season! This position plays a key role in creating and maintaining the high-quality sound experience our performers and audiences expect. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing the audio reinforcement system

• Operating the sound board during rehearsals and performances

• Educating performers and staff on basic audio technology functions

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues​

Full-time availability is required from Mid-April through mid-August for all weekend rehearsals and performances, plus a few select weekdays/holidays, including DCI World Championships in August. No prior experience required, but WGI and DCI experience preferred.
