Mike McNeill is proudly looking forward to returning to The Reading Buccaneers Visual Staff in 2026. A graduate of River Hill HS (Columbia, MD) and Penn State University, Mike has spent the majority of their life involved in the marching arts. Following seven seasons as a baritone performer with Jersey Surf (2008-2010) and The Cadets (2011-2014), Mike joined the Buccaneers in 2015 as a Visual Instructor. Between their experiences in the arts and their studies of health sciences, Mike relishes the ability to meld the two in order to perfect the visual performance of the members.

While away from the Buccaneers, Mike resides in Newark, DE, working as a paramedic for the local government.
